The goal of this program would be to equip all current and future faculty with the tools and skills to address their daily challenges

• The program will focus on core interactive skills, conflict management, communication, team development and coaching for performance
• The program is designed for all faculty whether they are in formal leadership positions or not
• On a daily basis faculty interact with patients, staff and other colleagues and this program gives them the tools and skills to work effectively in this complex environment
