STEVEN M. SPERLING, PH.D. President
Steven M. Sperling has had over 20 years experience in the human resources
field including extensive experience in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Building, Needs Analysis, Program
Development, Assessments, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance Appraisal Systems and Managing Change.
As President of Executive Development Group, Dr. Sperling specializes in helping organizations
to meet today's challenges by designing and providing leadership and team development programs for senior leaders, high
potentials, and human resource professionals. He has also provided consultation on Selection
and Assessment Procedures, Succession Planning, Career Development and Performance Appraisal systems.
Originally
trained in the Human Resources Department of AT&T, his activities have included work in the areas of Executive Coaching
with senior level executives, Global Business Team Alignment, Assessment Centers, as well as Career Counseling with individuals
from a broad spectrum of clients including academic medical centers and research institutes, healthcare, pharmaceuticals,
consumer products, financial services, and manufacturing.
Dr. Sperling
has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a B.A. in Economics from George Washington University. He established EDG in 1993 and has since
provided services both domestically and internationally.

Frederick P. Schmitt Managing Director Fred has over 15 years of experience leading
and consulting on Organizational and Management Development initiatives in a wide variety of businesses. Fred provides his expertise to both private
and public sector organizations that seek to accelerate their effectiveness. He often works with businesses
to evolve how they operate within the global marketplace. As a result, he travels extensively worldwide
helping clients develop team oriented organizations needed for today’s complex, cross-cultural global economy. Fred
specializes in implementing and training Global and Regional Business, Category and Brand teams, Creating fast moving Horizontal
Organizations, Conflict Resolution, Leadership Training, Diversity, Executive Coaching, Performance Management and the Meyers-Briggs
Type Indicator. Prior
to becoming a consultant, Fred was with Automatic Data Processing, (ADP) as Director of Management and Organizational Development.
There he implemented among other initiatives Executive Development Seminars, Participative Management, Technical Internships
and Work and Family programs. Fred has a Master’s Degree from SUNY Oneonta. He has been a guest lecturer at Rutgers University and SUNY Oneonta on Effective Teamwork and Leadership Seminars. Fred is a member of the board of River Hospital, Alexandria Bay, N.Y.

Lawrence L. Neiman Senior Consultant Larry Neiman brings
over twenty-five years of experience as a trainer in human resources development. Larry's training
approach produces both genuine skill acquisition and personal breakthroughs. He specializes in needs assessments for training
programs, program design and development, organizational assessments, senior team alignments, leadership development and executive
coaching. He is also a nationally known public speaker and seminar leader as well as a highly skilled group
facilitator and trainer of trainers. He has worked with
numerous fortune 500 corporations and non-profit organizations in the United States and Internationally and has extensive experience with research scientists. Larry
has worked with all levels of leaders in organizations and is highly effective at relating to diverse work populations.
His ability to engage his audience enables him to produce exceptional results. Prior to consulting, he was an internal OD consultant and Senior Director of Management and Organizational
Development at the corporate national headquarters of a Fortune 100 organization. Larry received his MS degree in Counseling from Herbert H. Lehman School of Graduate Studies; and
has completed certification in Advanced Organizational Development and Human Resource Management at Columbia University. He is affiliated with The American Society of Training and Development, and the New York chapter of The Organizational Development Network.

Laura K. Marvin Senior Consultant As a Senior Consultant, Laura brings 15 years of extensive
experience in organization and team development, leadership and management training, executive coaching, and human resources
development. She has consulted within a variety of industries, both in the public and private sectors. Laura’s expertise focuses on communication
and skills training, aligning executive and management teams, executive coaching, leadership and management development, facilitation,
performance management, and succession planning. She lends credibility to her consultant role by drawing
on her own executive leadership experiences as well as her internal and external consulting engagements. She
also held a consultant and master facilitator position at Blessing White, an international training and consulting organization,
which specializes in employee and leadership development for major organizations. Laura’s most recent internal position was as an executive
consultant to the president and senior leadership team at Candle Corporation, one of the largest privately held software companies,
now owned by IBM. During
her tenure with Candle, she was also the Director, Worldwide Skills and Development where she led an international team and
provided strategic direction, planning and implementation of all internal training including management and leadership, sales,
technical, and R&D training. Laura has a Masters of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University where she also developed
and taught the I/O Psychology undergraduate curriculum. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology
with a Biological Sciences emphasis from University of California at Davis. Laura holds several industry recognized certifications
including, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI); Personnel Decisions Inc. 360 Feedback Process, Development Dimensions
International Targeted Selection and Facilitation Skills; Employment Learning Innovations Civil Treatment
